This summer, the MYTent upgraded our summer productions by allowing us to rehearse, build sets, and customize lighting in the same space that we would later perform. While Thomas Edison is a great venue for our fall and spring shows, we are limited by only having 1 week to assemble a set and rehearse. Additionally, hours of time are spent setting up and breaking down the sound and lighting systems for each of our 9 productions a year. Our goal is to build a permanent theater at Mountain Mist to be a year round venue, matching the size (40x40 foot stage, 380 seat auditorium) of Thomas Edison auditorium.
